My First Stitchin' Look

I just finished stitchin' this little cute mini dress for Barbie. What do u think?

Marie Claire Magazine May 2013 "The British Darling"

The british darling, Emma Watson, a girl who was born in France on April 15th, 1990. She is an amazing girl. Her soft and childish face still reminds us of "Hermione Granger" in Harry Potter. But now, Emma is all grown up and ready to explore the typical life of women in 20s.

More than two years since the last time we saw Ms.Watson's role as Hermione Granger, Harry Potter's best friend who has a beautiful innocent face and a brilliant brain. After nearly 12 years of living in the world of "Harry Potter", Emma quits from her character as Hermione Granger and starts living life, doing activities that must be carried by all the girls in their early 20s. She has an estimated fortune of $30 million and becomes one of the most-sought actress of all young actresses in Hollywood.
International fashion magazines have competed to take Ms.Watson's pictures and make them as the cover. And she has been awarded with the contract as the model in 'Burberry Fashion Industry'. How cool is that? Looks like she has already had everything, but for emma everything has just been the beginning. Now fashion becomes a new adventure for Emma.

'Traditional Techniques' by Kerstin Wacker, Germany

Using traditional techniques, Kerstin starts with a pencil sketch that is worked up with coloured crayons, markers, and indian ink.
The computer is only employed when considering backgrounds. She confesses that she is not a "one-shot" worker and takes considerable time developing the initial sketch and paying attention to details, before arriving at the final illustration.
Kerstin's figures stride across the page with the confidence of people that know their own mind. There is real drive in these stretched silhouettes. Her fragile females are birdlike in appearance, with stalk-like legs that contradict human anatomy. This graphic stylization has affinities with Alberto Giacometti's emaciated sculpting of the human body. The constant pull toward consumerism in today's culture is characterized by the addition of overstated,
gaily coloured bags. These inflated artifacts have become an essential trapping of the profile of contemporary dress. They are no longer just practical accessories, but represent the spoils of retail warfare and are touted like banners proclaiming these women as the victors of the fight.

'True Beauty' by Michelle T

This one? I used real fabrics for the dresses.
